Your not agreeing to the license agreement, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service. Every MMO that I have played (and it's been a lot) has had this same setup.

Bah, it is a major annoyance making it slower to join the game... I dont care about other game, only this one currently. Give me a checkbox saying I am 21 (Plus 21) and abide by all the rules or will stop sending my money... this is a stupid waste of time !

i believe it gives them the chance to upgrade it as they see fit, leaving it up to us to stay up to date what to TOS are.

Until we rid the world of lawyers, get used to clicking "I Accept."

So let's get cracking, people. :D

Yep. Imagine that they patch the game sometime in the future and that patch has a tendency to totally nuke computers running the game. Oops. Instead of having to deal with thousands of law suits from pissed off geeks they can smuggly point to the agreement that we all click and seldom read.

Kick a lawyer next time an opportunity arises.

How about a minor log-in annoyance that they could easily fix.

I wish I could double click my server choice instead of having to select it and then push that dang button at the bottom...

Also it's kind of pointless to have the server say "online" when sometimes it isn't.

They could fix this by having a check box "I agree" and it skips it (at least within a second or two). If they ever make a change to the TOS, then they can remove the checkmark out of the "I agree" box.. then you can re-add it after reading the update TOS.

That doesn't sound like it would hurt.. IMO

problem is that each time you play the game, if you don't agree to those terms of service manually, you can sue the company. Game companies have to do this because of idiot gamers who sue for the dumbest reasons. It really is the fault of the consumer who expect everything handed to them on a silver platter and complain when the service is slow.

Dont you think your taking it a little too far? You really need to get off your soap box. Every comment you make you have to add your egotistical attitude into it. Grow up.
