What is the max parry mod on shields? (and amp speed)

Can anyone tell me what the max parry mod is for a full shield?

Is there a list anywhere of max values, i've seen weapon speeds but no theoretical max for parry/dodge mods on armour or parry mods on full shields and bucklers.

Also anyone managed to craft an amp with a melee speed over 15?

Max parry on a sheild to the best of my knowledge is +30.

Thanks, like to know my stuff before ordering etc and never comfy with sending people i don't know a pm/mail etc.

This is a known bug and was reported. You cannot get a "boxing" amplifier higher than 15 hpm, regardless of the mats used (wasted a few supremes to realize that). Hand-to-hand (with or without gloves) fighting tree has a few bugs (like no title after 200, or not being able to get XP without gloves, etc.) a few of them were fixed recently.
