Don't know about you guys but I'm personally excited about the warnings they've given us. Seems to indicate something big is around the corner. With the patrol D-Day and the lair storming I hoping the GMs react to our actions and really give us a feeling about affecting the world. Maybe this is what they were looking for from us all this time. Large raids that they can use as jump off points for their own stories. I can only hope, I guess :)

One thing that's strange... a forewarning about the Kitin last week and now the goo. Can the two be related? Maybe the Kitin are the cause of the goo. That would be a great twist :D

The goo could effect the kitin, making them mad with rage and lurching out at anything that stands in their way

Sage said that Goo come from an over harvested area, where a great mat called Kamiblast were found. So this plague may come from Homin hand...

Maybe homins cause the goo to occur on Atys, like spreading a flu. Maybe the kitins are just trying to defend the planet!

There was word that some sect studied the goo to gain knowledge and power, they where outcast I believe. This could be their revenge on civilisation.

Now that would be funny! Maybe Wormbreath is a member! With his incredible powers of stench (which I'm sure he's picked up from Bolobis) he's just creating the Goo as he passes by.

Went on a small hunt checking the Goo and didn't see any difference. Did notice at stainmoore the Goo was more potent and almost took me down after 2 seconds in it.

Ohhh I hope this goes somewhere :P
