Ok... i got a easy question for all

Cholorogoos are on my fame table as very low... does anyone know what quest can be used to raise it

Or what tribe can i kill to help raise it... with out seriouslyeffecting my other fams?

Ew, having done this myself by accident, unless you have a specific reason in mind that makes it so you wouldn't mind loosing fame with everyone else.. You don't want to up your chlorogoo fame.

Missions for them give you positive Chlorogoo and Karavan, and Negative Matis, Tryker, Fyros, Zorai, and Kami.

Not a good trade, if you ask me.

Though yes it would nto be that good of a trade... to raise the cholorogoos faction up... then go back and raise the others back up... is very possiable

Not that I'm aware of, every mission I did topside that gave me a racial + gave chlor -.. There may be one out there somewhere I haven't uncovered (which is likely), but nothin yet.

My personal Chlor now is -97, I'm glad global tops at 100. :eek:

I got fame with them in the first place by doing a mission for a non tribe affiliated Zorai wanderer. :mad:

Chlorogoo fame has been "fixed". Used to be when you killed em *cough* Neun *cough* (yes I did it too :p ) you got massive +fame for all the races & kami, no change for karavan, and -fame for choloro's. Now you only get +fame for kami. I'm guessing they might have changed the mission fames too... *shrug*

I might have prodded them once or twice, but they have always give me +kami

(Guess they fixed em after the exploiters abused em. I personally would have reported the fame if it had not effected the Karavan/Kami fame and waited for a fix)

Well my first ever fight with them was only last week .... so I can verify that the change was in place and working at that point. Prior to that point I had not fought any tribe, even though I have been aware of 'tribes & fame' since beta.

Sry, i saw some changes 4-5 weeks ago and did'nt do any mission in last 2-3 weeks. I'll do missions round today to see is the rest changed as well (other then cholo).

Btw, 2 months ago on around world trip we killed (by accident, i try to avoid all tribes missions) some lagoon brothers in loria. They give (at that time) karavan and all 4 races fame, but drop kami fame (one point for each member). Anyone knows is this still the same? Are they tribes that also give 4 races, but drop karavan and give kami fame?

Just a word of caution about fame...

Once you start 'playing the fame game' its with you permently.

When you make contact with a 'fame giver' you can undo that contact.

Make sure you can live with the fact that a tribe/race/religion will react differently to you after that point and for evermore.

If you never speak or kill a Cholorogoos, they will protect you in GoO.

If you kill one or do a mission, you fame with them will be triggered and you will have to live with that.

An example of this is....

Green Seeds or Corsairs.

No contact with them they will 'ignore/help' you. Do a mission for them and when you effect any race/tribe they are associated with (eg Tryker) your fame with them WILL be effected.

Actually, if youre not getting fame from killing them, its because of probably one or two reasons. A: No xp gain when you kill them.. or B: Your racials have reached the cap of thier abilities. :p

And hence, why you're probly getting only Kami, as I bet your Personal, or Guild fame, hasn't hit that stop point.

I haven't tried to see at what point you stop gaining +kami fame and losing -Karavan.

But yes once you reach the cap you stop gaining fame for that race.
