Other races' hairstyles

I read somewhere on this forum that, for example, a Matis can't get a Tryker hairstyle. But, looking at the screenshots in this thread...

It seems that it is possible. There's a Zorai in those screenshots with pink Tryker hair.

A week or so ago there was a bug that let you get hair styles from different races.

Unfortinly this has been fixed, but a atlest I got a sweet Zorai hiar cut : )

Yesh! I *love* my tryker pyrate hat (as seen in my avatar) ;)

My hope is that (as a low priority, but something that I think would be a popular addition for the effort required) they'll change things later so that you can officially buy the hair styles of other races (and perhaps even the other gender). To do that, they need to modify the 3D model of the haircuts so it matched your race/gender's head precisely - but once that was done it would be great to mix and match from all the possibilities.

hehe i'm the pink haired one. it used to be possible to buy haircuts and tattoos from anywhere by pressing 'enter', this has now been corrected.

It was a very expensive business though, i probably spent about a million before finding one that looked good. There was no preview available and a lot of the styles had clipping issues or plain didnt work =)

Even 'restricted' to your own races cosmetic merchants now there are a lot of styles available, but would be nice to have the whole range of colors available to all :)
