You may look ot the Game Basics (http://www.ryzom.com/?page=game_basics) information section on the Saga of Ryzom home page, or the slightly outdated Game Manual (pdf) (http://www.ryzom.com/data/pdf/SOR_manuel_EN.pdf).

I think they are working on updating the manual atm, that one is out of date
