Simple :

Nope, itīll be free. Youīll just have to pay a "nominal fee" if your Stuff should get uploaded on the Nevrax Servers. And if it fits into the World, itīll "run free" eventually. :D

Aya they want us to make content for them now :D and pay them to do it, now thats free enterprising :D

The fee is only if you have Nevrax host the settings you make (they will be playable 24/7).
If you don't want to pay a fee, you host the settings yourself (they will only be playable, when you choose).

Rē will be free, SoR is required for it to work though.
