As a recent recruit to Clan Omnis I can give you a noobies view of the benefits you enjoy by joining.
Foragers are taken in hand by Nataliena (Clan chief) who advises on methodology, sites & purchases to quickly get you up to speed. Nat is currently 150q or thereabouts at foraging.
Hunters (melee, offensive & defensive mages) go hunting in groups where each kill produces up to 3k exp. We work a certain area that has proved successful so far and has much scope for future hunts. Drafly, Mafioso & Bnold are helpful both with organising and leading groups into the promised land. You get to see new & varied views/mobs as well as adding an extra spawn area.
Crafting is currently our weakest area. Experienced crafters would benefit from the quality of forged mats and newbie crafters would have a wealth of work to quickly progress through the ranks to the high q items. I think our crafters range up to 80 or 90 and I am a poor 50q. However, the quality mats provided mean that the weapons/armour/jewellery have some cracking attributes. Makes you feel worthwhile when you produce mage staffs with attributes like +100% power and speed.
Any of the names above will welcome enquiries about joining and will be helpful generally.
Look forward to seeing you in the Clan Omnis ranks as we carry out Guild forays & tasks.
Nb. This is my own personal findings of the Clan and we are currently based in Pyr.
Alyssah.

I have just found out that we are far from being restricted to Pyr.
For Trykers we have Samwise/Cara leading and Matis has the overall Guild leader Elanory. A Zorai Guild leader would complete the scenario. We are spreading like wildfire.
Our Guild chat page link & further info is included in the Clan Omnis founded
thread. There are some senior positions up for grabs for ambitious members who actively enjoy the responsibility and prove Guild loyalty. See the Guild chat link for further details of our determination to help you enjoy life Ryzom.

My current guild is (imo) becoming elitist and because I consider myself a 'normal' player (ie after work, ect) I do feel somewhat left out. Of course I'm not allowed to criticise my current leadership in any way, shape or form (just ask Blood.....) but I may well be looking for another guild in the next few days if things don't cool down. I'm just into teaming really, I can solo reasonably well, but I'm in it for the social aspect (teaming, ect) rather than the constant level grind.
I am also concerned by the lack of new players coming into my current guild and fear it will stagnate after a while. Does the Omni Guild have a fund for a HQ ?
currently 75 mel/15 craft

we are half matis and fyros at the moment.
and most of us are playing in fyros.

I'm proud to announce that we have acquired our Guild Appartment in Dexton Street Pyr.
Thanks to all the members who made this possible.
Now that we're done with our first goal, we will focus more on getting new members and defining better guidelines so the guild can function even better.
Stay tuned!

Congrats to all who put in such hard work to raise 10 million Dappers for a new Guild suite. Special thanks to our outbased members who also helped with fund raising and we hope to be able to entertain them in our Guild Hall before getting down to serious business in the Council Chambers.
Now we can find out what missions we can undertake as a Guild. With all the storage space we will be able to use the hall as an armoury & make & store our weapons/supplies without the hassle of swapping from one donkey to the other ( mektoub).
Potential members are welcome to a guided tour so long as access isn't bugged as one or three other actions are.
Thanks again guys.

Im with two other loonies, that have recently entered Ryzom and stumbling around in the great desert around Pyr. We are not sure if we are to found our own guild (would probably be just the 3 of us) or to join an already existing one.
We have heard that some of the cooler aspects of this game can only realy be found by being in a guild, or doing guild missions, we are intriqued by this and wondering if anyone here has more information on the subject.
If Clan Omnis has any interrest in three low level peeps wish some sense of humor, then by all means strike up a conversation, and we'll see what'll happen :)
Known as Irieth ingame :)

I've glimpsed you ingame Irieth & you're right.........you are mad. So you have the prime qualification for entry.
A Guild of three has quite a few disadvantages:
a) How long will it take you to save 10 million dappers to buy a Guildhall?
b) Without a Guildhall you don't get Guild missions.
c)Trying to carry out Guild missions with three members, well......
d) Who supports you when your mates have dates. Actually, they probably need the support.
Just a few pointers about Guild size.
Clan Omnis has people of all levels, mostly above 30, though not exclusively, but we quickly get them on a few hunts and they are veterans before they know it. You will still have your mates to team with but advice is readily available from the experts, who generally answer questions promptly ( unless being chased by a grumpy frahar).
In the last two days we have had six new members, so we must be doing something right.
Whichever Guild you choose, you will need the numbers around you and we try to support you where possible. It is policy that in return for contributing to the Guild dapper & mats bank, there is a supply of weapons & armour available for use.
We look forward to seeing you ingame & good luck.
