What happened...

well, i can't find out what anissa means with all the a,b,c,d things .. don't think u can eighter :P
so heres the thing what happened:

me and kye shared their account for a long time, keiko became in our lives, and kye became close friends with keiko, and i could login with 2 accounts so she asked me if i could lvl her forage.. well np for me.. so me and kye shared our accounts with her too
after some time we wanted to take bk the void OP's
and we wern't sure what we should do with the OPs if we won, so we wanted to declare with an alt. because my alt were all in use i couldn't take it on, and kye couldn't do it too because some kind of reason... but so we declared with an alt of keiko named jesse
we called the guildname "no fake atack" and the day after, the devs called it "jesses guild"
Keiko wanted to keep jesse unknown.. and got angry on us, and wanted to fix things, but because of RL problems she wasn't allowed to play ryzom. and asked padawan to fix things, and gave her login details to him, kye had that day before loads of probs with quiksilver and quited the guild, and made hisself leader of "No fake atack" so padawan couldn't take acces to the OP's
and couldn't undeclare the OP's and keiko had kyes login details too, and gave to padawan aswell, just to make jesse guildleader again. and kick kye out the guild. keiko thought because the name change that there were 2 guild declaring,"she didn't know the guildname was called "no fake atack" and because padawan couldn't find any on keiko's and kye's account she gave my login details, but ofcource he couldn't find something on my account. padawan promished to don't do anything else then unguild kye and jesse. but he took all the rare items of our account, and unguilded our alt. so the OP became unguilded and everything what was in the GH's too.

The morning i woke up, i saw that all the items were gone, and because i had some little probs with kye that evening before i thought that he did this to me, and i looked on his account but his items were gone to, exept his lixsie armor and a several rare items aswell... so i wanted to check keiko's account but she changed her PW, so i logged bk on kyes account and took his lixsie out, with the thing behind that i would give it bk when he gave me my stuff bk. i thought that kye just put all the items in keiko's account and asked keiko to change the PW... kye wasn't on msn so i couldn't ask him. after that i reported it to the GM's..
after some time kye logged on msn, and asked with happened, so i told him that he knew. He didn't knew about anything.. so i told him and then we found out with a chatlog between keiko and padawan that she was all behind this because she was upset.

I dont think its very funny tbh ... I hope they don't un-ban Pad if this is all true because what he did wether he was givin the PW or not was completly wrong and dirty ... But this is only one side of the story ..but unless the Items were not really removed it doesnt make a difference ... this is all sickining and im tired of hearing about it ...

I think there is still something more to this, people not listed in this explanation got banned and no one seems to know why. I trust the CSR know what happened and the Homins involved got the appropriate punishment.

Well, that could be explained by:

a) the banned player justified and explained some of his actions.
b) the ban was reviewed, and removed after a given period.
c) a player was "wrongfully accused"
d) a player was allowed in game as an exception to allow him to e.g. transfer guild leadership
e) the ban system, a subsystem in a complex mmrpg development <g> can have bugs and allow a banned player to log in :D
f) that whom we supposed to be banned, simply wasn't :)

I'm really sorry to say it, but I agree.. this 'in your face nevrax, i'll let my banned buddy post on my account', is mocking the moderators openly, and the CSR's and questioning their decision.

You don't have to like the way Nevrax runs their game, but if someone is banned, they should be banned, and make their appeals privately.

There has been nearly more posts from 'banned' players than anyone else. Can the mods please take this to a private forum somehow? If the poster won't respect your ruling, they should be admonished in some way too.

One person's view of it isn't fair to either Keiko or Padawan, either, clearly Fasi isn't just some innocent victim if the CSR's investigated everything and saw fit to ban a paying customer. It's their game, and please can we respect their right to enforce certain guidelines and rules?

Sorry if this sounds all negative, but it's supposed to be just an appeal to the mods to keep banned players from taking over our forums. Thanks.

The forums were packed with discussion about this and most people came to conclusion that the account sharing was wrong to some extent whilst people had varying thoughts on how this should be punished, All of the time we did not hear the side of those punished, to hear their explanation i believe is very important in order to get closure on this topic, fair enough there will be biased accounts but if they all put their explanations up, the people shall decide.That is wat matters in this mature community, its not as if the accounts or explanations are influencing non-sceptical and impressionable minds.

The whole notion of nobody knowing the 2 sides just fuels rumours, debates, theories and generally keeps this terrible happening fresh in peoples minds. I kno these explanations also keep it fresh but there can only be limited explanations. pondering and guessing over something like this could go on for some time

Also freedom of expression is a well recognised right in the EU and also US and is vital for the survival of democracy.

The reason i posted in the first place was because i was annoyed the fact that people were giving out about the 'banned' people from having their say. i believe they are entitled to have their say. Is everyone not allowed to have a word in their defence?.

Souls has said before that he will allow us to discuss wat we wish(within reason ofc) as long as it stays flame free and we keep it clean. Your above post is edging towards wat he does not want.

We don't have the right to know, nor does Fasi have the right to defend himself on these forums. There is no such thing as the right to free speech on a game forum. Nevrax allows us some freedom to express ourselves, but in the end this forum and the game are property of Nevrax and they will do as they see fit.
In no way shape or form does the community have the right to know the whole story since it involves others privacy. Nevrax cannot come forward without violating customer privacy, and frankly it's really nobody's business.

The posters talking about community rule can forget that as well, stupid idea. It will never happen; mob mentality and popularity contests destroy games. Hard but fair decisions based on facts are what seperates us from some "other" games.

A banned player is banned from participating in the games and forums. Posting for a banned player is like letting him play your account :P

As far as the explanations, I understand the morbid curiosity of the community. But the fact is that Nevrax determined through logs that there is more to the story than the parties will admit. So you are only hearing the cleaned up story... kinda like Bill Clinton's assertations that he never inhaled or ...

whats happend has happened - if i hear ONE more person saying 'if you dont like it go away' ima puke myself - its really annoying and very stuck up - this is our game and we're not going to turn a blind eye to everything. we are allowed our opinions as well (we bieng those that feel the way i do about this.. i do not talk for anyone/my guild.. merely stating an opinion).

I can't understand what is so hard to comprehend here...

1. Two players (that I know of) received lifetime bans - from the game AND the forums.
2. They did more than "account sharing" (or else Kye would have had a lifetime ban too).
3. We do NOT have a right to know what happened.
4. Those banned do NOT have a right to have their version of the story posted HERE.
5. Those of you that are bothered by the constant rumors, don't perpetuate them; stop talking about it and move on.
6. Regardless of whether we know the whole story(ies) or not is irrelevant. It is not up to US to decide whether their punishment(s) were just or not - that is Nevrax's job....and THEIR RIGHT.

I also agree that letting someone post on your account is like sharing accounts and we know where that gets you. Or at least we can speculate!

The only thing anyone (except Nevrax because they know the full story and should keep it to themselves) can say is something went on, some people got banned for it. END of story. Anything else is none of our business. It's not like Nevrax would needlessly ban anyone is it? Whatever ban each player got (full, partial whatever) I'm sure was entirely justified.

I also agree 100% with Kost and don't think it was hostile, just the post of someone sick of this whole pointless debate.
