I followed the directions to a "T", and it won't let me log into it. It keeps giving me: "Error: error 1: invalid user".

I've used two different paid accounts, both of which have been on much longer than three weeks...

You're not the only one. I also get the same

Error: error 1 : invalid user

error message. Guess we wait and see if Nevrax can find why it works for some and not for others. *keeps fingers crossed*

For those of you with an active supscription and who still cannot access the ATS server with the Ryzom Ring, please log into our chat support Klients (http://www.ryzom.com/forum/../support) and we will try to help you.

Just to make it clear, you need an active subscription to be granted access. Accounts that have been unsubscribed and still have access to the live server while their subscription runs out, will not have access to the ATS server

It seems to be working for me now! At least it's letting me patch now, let's see how it goes!

I got in, too. It's interesting, the tools that we get to play with. (I was surprised to see they still had my char's appearance from a few weeks ago -- diff hair style).

Will play with it more once I read the whole manual.
