On one account when I enter the editor I get normal Game UI on top of the editor UI.

When I try the account on another box everything ok.

Have run a file check but still same problem.

Anyone encountered this and if so found a fix or am I gonna have to try a complete reinstall on that machine?

Yes, I have had this happen as well. :(
In the main menu use the reset windows button to fix this.
