In a guild there are High Officers, Officers and Leaders.
I'm confused on what each can do and how many you can have.
Can anyone just quickly go over it?

If the guild was to change leader, it can only be done by the current leader, by promoting someone else into that position.

When you create a guild, you get 1 High Officer and 1 Officer
5% High Officers
That's another HO every 20 members (21, 41...)
10% Officers
That's another officer every 10 members (11, 21, 31....)
Leader can also declare guild allegences.
This is not actually a game mechanic though, just an RP thing.

Ah yes, silly me. :D
Yes the GL is also the only one that can set the Faction and Civilisation allegiance of the guild by doing the rites.
