Hey guys!

It happens that I'm leaving Ryzom and going back to Diablo 2 and EverQuest.

Well,

I looked at my payment information, but it will NOT let me cancel my subscription.

How do I cancel it? It will bill me in 5 days. I don't want to pay for another month.

You may cancel your subscription by going to https://secure.nevrax.com/payment_profile/. Once signed in, click Edit Personal Information and you may click the Terminate Subscription check box at the bottom of the page. You will then receive an email to the address linked to that account with instructions on how to proceed. In order to complete the cancellation process, you must follow the directions is the email you receive, simply selecting the Terminate Subscription check box only begins the process.
