The text is of course written by a dev though, so it's still true.

I posted this pic on french board but I don't know the author, or what is "eye design".
I got this pic while chating on the klients in 2004, after ryzom release. At that time Ryzom used to crash more often and that's why someone made that joke about bolobi.

So what does this mean? Ryzom isn't coming back soon?
It means that ryzom.com administrator (or hacker :D) is reading french board. ;)
