How does one subscribe to this game?

I tried to use the upgrade button on the game start but it just leads to my account info and I can't seem to locate anywhere to enter payment info.

Am I doing something wrong?

I saw the update on the forum about the pricing change in January so I would assume you have to pay for your account eh?
