Looks like PayByCash doesn't accept PayPal for me.
Is it available to anyone at all?

The PayByCash page lists it for France (http://www.paybycash.com/options/index.php?country=FR), yet I got "Winch Gate choose not offer PayPal" when I fished around in the payment system.

It's not listed as an option for me either :(

Earlier today, PayPal was removed from the list of accepted payment methods. It was there last night, though.
