Now I know why the account was dropped last month, Why my bank did not pay my account.

However, I have a very small window in which I have cash to pay for my account.
That window consists of a single day. Today.

I am using a mastercard, it has a secure slot on the backside. a 3 digit number.

Have always used this type of card. Changed a few times, but still this type of card.

I tried to log in to Bibit as usual this am. That is down/closed ?
How do I subscribe at this time.
I have dual accounts to sub at the moment.
planning on getting the multiple months sub, but not for a few more months yet.

Help.. I really do need help with this. Jerry Machin

no idea why, but had to start new account, which I hate doing.

I wish that in the account support section, even if ONLY that one, you could permit unsubbed accounts to log in, ask for support, and have access to that portion at least.

ANA!!!!!! if you have managed to get a new account see if you can get a gm to transfer your old toons to it just a thought
