Прошло обновление на 1.10.0, после чего лаунчер постоянно требует перезапуска. Репаир в бэкграунд доунлоадере говорит что все пучком.

Система Виндоуз ХП сп 3
ДиректХ последний
Драйвера последние.

Что я делаю не так?

бывает изредка такой косяк, что-то пошло не так при обновлении и что-то удалить и/или поправить в конфигах надо
вот только память меня подводит что конкретно удалять/править надо

попробуй это, вдруг получится:
If you have trouble patching, you can try deleting the "unpack" subdirectory of your Ryzom installation directory (Typically you would delete the C:\Program Files\Ryzom\unpack directory). This will force a repatch.
