Patch ERROR

I created a 14-Day Trial Account to test Ryzom ;) - but now after i get my key and created successfully my account - playing the gfame is not possible!

Alsways get C++ Runtime Error, after the patch screens tries to download the neweset Patch. So the Serverscreen says "Patch download ***** aborted* and a windows error popup appears with

"c++ Runtime Error - e:spiele/ryzom/client_ryzom_rd.exe - This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unuasual way, please contact the applications support"


System:
Windows XP Professionall + SP2
CPU: Athlon64 3200XP
Ram: Kingston 1024MB
Mobo: MSI K8T Neo (Athlon64 board)
Graphic: Nvidia 5700 Ultra

..so dont know what happens and why i am not able to play :(

Is your version of directx up to date? If so, could you email technical-na@ryzom.com? We can troubleshoot a bit more effectively there.

yes my direct X is up to date.

but now it works - all i did is to go into the options menu (gfx) and chooses D3D for renderer .. maybe it was autmatic enabled but in somecase i had to visit this options menu and turn D3D on manually - it works now :D

but maybe is an issue r an error - not many users would try out the gfx menu when such a server error was outputted.
