Elder of Atys title missing

It seems that the Elder of Atys title is missing, also unsure if the "special animation" is there or not (don't know what to look for on that one). Gorran was reserved for me as indicated in the email, so 1 for 3?

It would appear that the Windermeer server has an issue with not recognizing the FBT/Closed Testers similar to what was experienced by our European counterparts. (Of course the release notes that explains why some characters were suddenly named defaultAAAAAA is now missing).

odd... got my title, and my name... haven't checked the animation... and EB Games is lackidazicle in getting me my pre-order code... but that's not Nevrax's fault ... :)

It would appear that the Windermeer server has an issue with not recognizing the FBT/Closed Testers similar to what was experienced by our European counterparts. (Of course the release notes that explains why some characters were suddenly named defaultAAAAAA is now missing).

Not sure if it is Windermeer specific as I am playing on that server it i works for me. I did however buy a french version of the game. And my old beta account did used to be on the Euro English servers.

I wonder if that is the difference?

Judging by responses elsewhere, I'm guessing it's actually more of an account specific problem. Not a surprise as my account had to be manually added to the crash server for the crash test parties (happened to a couple of us but Vince moved us over quickly once the problem was realized...Nevrax always pulls through so I'm not terribly worried, yet ;) ).

I entered my preorder code , i upgraded my beta accoount, and i have yet to get anything. i did get my character name i had in beta , but its kinda unusual so prolly just luck . how do i get what was promised me ? i really wanted the title thats why i spent extra 9 dollars for shipping. the stores had game faster so i ended up having to wait 1-2 days before i could play even with overnight shipping i really just want my elder title please tell me how i can get it
