ATS access

I participated in both open beta's. I pre-ordered Ryzom to ship to my home in Australia. The pre-order code I originally received was one of the incomplete codes, so I was unable to enter the code at first when registering my retail copy. Entering the properly complete pre-order code I received from support a day after registering my retail copy of the game seemed to not allow for the activation of my "Elder of Atys" title. That's no big deal to me and I never made anything of it really. However it seems that since I entered my pre-order code a day late (due to originally receiving an incomplete pre-order code) I have not been given access to the ATS. I've only tried accessing the ATS recently, and recieve error code 53, denying me access to the server.

Can I get some assistance in remedying this issue please?
