Well as it says I just installed the 14 day trial, everything works fine until I actually get ingame. The interface is a teeny weeny dot on the lower edge of my screen and mouse cursor is just a dot moving iiiiincredibly slowly. Can't do anything, and got no idea how to fix this.

Can't play ofcourse.

All help is appreciated.

You could try running the ryzom configure program.

Try tweaking the graphics settings see if that helps.

I changed graphics settings, no help. I even updated to the latest (dated Dec. 16th) Nvidia driver 66.94.

It all goes well up until I click on play on character creation. I guess the screen after that is supposed to have a loading bar? I can only see the first 4 bubs and they are HUGE, filling the screen so the rest of the bar doesn't show up. Once it finishes loading and throws me into the game, the UI is still a tiny dot on the bottom left corner, mouse cursor is just a pixel and only key combination that seems to work is CTRL ALT DEL. No other way of getting out of the game, bar hitting reset button.

I have played just about every other MMORPG on this machine, during the last 4 years, from EQ to WoW and everything inbetween, but I have never had such a problem!

I know this likely sounds obvious, but have you tried reinstalling? It could jsut be that a file didn't copy right during the install.

Wild stab in the dark....

Use Ryzom configure to change the screen resolution to 640x800. lowest setting.

The try loading ....

once you have a succesful load .... change your resolution to the one you want.

may work, may not ... worth atry tho :D

It does kind of sound like the resolution has got messed up.

Try borg9's suggestion.

Without being a slow suggester, it might have helped to remove your save folder from the Ryzom dir. The screen settings are in there and they could have been borked.

Anyway, hf playing the game!
