OK, I've been in the beta for a while, and in the release for about a week. There are some things that I would like to see changed, and judging from some of the comments I've heard, so would many others.

So in no particular order...

1. Auto login
As I understand it, with one account I am bound to a particular server. Why is it then every time I start the game I have to manually select that server and click the 'connect' button? Surely it would be better to simply log me straight into my 'default' server? Even if other servers are planned (test server for example) can there not be a default server option? It's a small thing, but gets irritating.

2. Vendor selling
Couple of things here - We *really* need some kind of shift+click or bulk sell option. It takes an age to manually click an item, then click 'sell', then click the next item etc especially with a whole bag full of loot.
Actually, that brings me nicely on to the next point - loot. Why can we not sell meat, skulls etc to vendors anymore? Seems like only crafted items or components for same can be sold. This makes quartering a pain as you have to sift through the junk to find what you want, and also the selling of 'junk' items to vendors used to be a good way of making money to support crafting.

3. Trade channel
Could we possibly at some point have a trade or market channel? Nuff said on that...

4. Landmarks
I like to harvest. A lot. Really a lot. One of the most fun parts of harvesting for me is getting out there and finding a good spot. Trouble is, there is a very limited number of landmarks you can create (12 I think). Even on the n00b island this is not nearly enough, and on the mainland it's impossible. Please can we have more landmarks? Perhaps allow a certain number per harvest level or something like that.

That's all I can think of for now. I'd be interested to know whether others agree/disagree with these ideas.

Thanks :-)

Yes, i agree with all 4 thing. And should be very useful to sending location/waypoint/landmark to a friend or guildmate.

The best trading system what i ever seen, is the FFXI auction system, that is very clean very useful. I can't explain that system, but if anybody interested i will try.

Thanks guys, I will pass these suggestions on. :)

In fact, I've created a thread for you guys, where you can submit any kind of feedback on SoR from now on: http://ryzom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=916

It's Friday night, but yet we've managed to get you guys some answers, and we've got some good news for you too!

Vendors / Trade channel

Why do a trade channel when you can have nifty shiny.......player vendors! :) One of the first major updates to Ryzom will include the introduction of player vendors, which basically means NPC's you can use to sell your wares to other players, easy and comfortable.

We've passed this one on to the developers. They've already received a couple requests on this and you can expect some changes here. They would like more feedback from harvesters on this topic, I'll create a poll for that purpose.

*comes over all funny with the excitement*

Indeed good news.

Just a sidenote - IF they do player vendors they should make sure that you can see the stats of items there (unlike in the current trade window). Otherwise it's use will be practically limited to mats.

Best thing for that would be to use the same system the NPC vendors use currently - click on an item and it shows all the stats.

Be nice to see colours for items too...

Player vendors, eh? Excellent news. I've been missing losing thousands of plat in the old Everquest bazaar so much... *sniff* *sniff*. Its ok, its ok I'll be alright in a minute.

I for one erm... three or whatever am most chuffed.
