Want to unsub - having mental block
I recently got charged ~Ł8 for a month sub to ryzom, but i was under the impression that since i did nothing with regard to signing up again after the acquisition, that i would be auto unsubbed.
I can't remember where to go to manually unsubscribe and when i try and do a standard 'log in' (i.e. not forum login) and say i've forgotten password, my auto emails don't arrive, so I don't know my password (silly me). Has anyone else had the same issue? |
