Lockup after 5 minutes

I'm locking up exactly 5 minutes after loading into the main part of the game. I get a msg saying "please wait" with an icon that shows a connection issue. I'm currently running WinXP SP1 with Zone Alarm Pro and I'm using a Linksys BRSXR41 router. I'm not having trouble playing other online games so its something with Ryzom or a setting that needs changing that is not documented. Are there specific ports that need to be opened to run the game? Anything else that would cause the lockup?

I'm not complaining, I posted a problem asking for a slolution. I missed the other post you are referring too at the time of posting this (it was late at night); so my fault. I did, however, follow the instructions in Vguerin's post and I'm able to play Ryzom without disconnecting.
