Supreme Amber

Ok I have a question since our GM's really tried there hardest to anwer, but just couldnt figure out a reason. I spent 6 hours on the Nexus today and tried to get the Amber to pop. One spot I know of pops at a specific time weather and season, all the right specifications. Yet the supreme Amber would never pop.

"It was all harvested" of whats the respawn rate. It is given for mobs, why not foraged material??

"wrong season" Ok, why does it say weather soconditions on one but wrong season on the other, wouldnt it be season problem on both??

Usually when all the materials have been harvested you will get a source depleted message.

"Well the sources move" Since when did the foraged materials move locations on the Nexus??

Last but not least Why do we get a weather condition message, when the source pops on the weather condition, cant there be another message to let us know we got the correct weather but just not right time of day ??

Can I get some help Please, Im really trying not to sound grumbly about things just would like to know why things that should be consistent in the game are not. And if they are not consistent can we at least know that they are not, that they are random forageable respawns? and how long the randomness is??, you give an estimate on mobs, could you not also give foragers a little more detail???
