A question about rites

I made some missions and after completing them, the enciclopedia poped.
I now see that I've to complete 2 more mission and a rite in order to complete the enciclopedia entry.
The question is: how do I know who is the right quest giver for the rite I'm working on ?
For example, I've the "Fyros: a new begin (or something like that)" and "Atys: geography"
Both have the first step completed, but how do I know who is the NPC that will give me the 2nd the 3rd and the final step ?

Don't tell me I've to ask every NPC and complete every mission.....
