About the Login Server Trouble from this Past Weekend.

This past weekend we experience some technical problems with one of the servers that manage a database. There was never any data lost but players experienced trouble logging on or to use the support tool in game. This problem had been fixed as of this morning. We apologize for the periods of time that players were not able to access the server or support tools, but steps have now been taken to ensure that this does not happen again. Thank you.
