Update on Server Outage (3/1)

At 6:00 am (Paris time), there has been an electrical failure which caused all the US servers to reboot. For most of them, this went fine, but the backup server did not rebooted correctly. And we can't reopen the US shard without the backup server.

There are lenghty checks to perform on this server, noticeably regarding the hard drives, before it can be put back online. Engineers are currently handling the problem under the supervision of Jolt, and Jolt will keep us posted.



And the server is now back up. Thank you all for your extreme patience as we got to the bottom of the problem.
