Quartering Improvement Suggestion

Can we have some sort of auto-quartering added please? (even if it's a GUI toggle option). I find having to check each kill for quartering contents and then doing a "Take All" to be a little tedious. Automating this would make things a little less of a grind.

would also cause alot of problems team hunting if this was added heh everyone trying to auto loot and then the looting gets bugged and no one gets anything and everyones complaining and arguing :x

sounds like fun i second that motion

Re: Quartering Improvement Suggestion

Not sure if removing manual quartering results in feeling less grinding. I would guess quite opposite. May be just me.

Re: Quartering Improvement Suggestion

The devs have done a lot to make the game less 'bot-friendly'. Having corpse quarter and 'take all' actions macroable would make it too easy for combat/loot bots.

a few hints that might or might not help the original poster:
try activating the hardware mouse option in the input settings and also, doubleclicking corpses opens the quarter window as well

Aye I submit the following scenario for your entertainment:

Morgaine: "Ok everyone. Rule #1 on this trek to Tryker: NO LOOTING!"

Party of trekkers reply "Ok! We understand."

Morgaine: "Lets move out and everyone stick close."

Some time later in Lagoons of Loria........almost to the portal to Liberty Lakes and the fair city of Avendale......just after clearing out a hoarde of torbaks.

Anonymous member of party thinks to himself, "I really need some dappers to buy some equipment in Avendale. What could it hurt to loot a couple of these torbaks." /target torbak
/quarter
/take all

Torbaks respawn.............

Dekkert: "What the.....ADD !!! ADD !!!.....Healer down !!!! Healer down !!!!"

Morgaine: "Heal the healer !!! Heal the Healer! !!!! SAP !!!! I need SAP !!!!!!........I'm down........Run !!! run for your lives!!!"

One by one the brave trekkers fall, and the party lays sprawled out across the sand, their crumpled corpes glistening in the sun.

Morgaine, "emmmmmm........what happened? Did someone loot?"

Anonymous trekker who looted remains silent.

Morgaine, "Ok everyone respawn and portal, and we'll try again."

REPEAT until dp is over 1,000,000 unless you catch the guilty person and kick them from team.
