might i suggest popping to GoO or windygate... lots of named mobs there q160 and bosses @ 170 =)
at work so cant b sure but think wlyin has maxed speed counterweight.. |

I can make one of those
Don't think it gets tagged as supreme tho as you need to use some excellent mob mats. 100 dmg 100 speed. Worked out the "recipe" using 120 pr mats (cant dig 150 just yet) Buying a few would NOT be an option  As mentioned already some mats are ql 260 so a bit of a waste for a 150 sword. Still experimenting and looking for lower ql 160 boss mats that might do the same job. |
