Where are the skill trainers on the mainland?

I can't seem to find the skill trainers on the Matis mainland. Could anyone tell me where they are?

In Matis they stand around in the open, in all the main towns. I think there are some a short distance south of the stables in Yrkanis.

In Matis cities, they usually stand around campfires, look for the fires and you should be OK, In Tryker, they stand at the end of the short docks, out from the main 'hub' structures.

In Zora and the other Zorai settlements, they are kept bricked up in the bottom of a pit (dont ask me why ).. look on your map for a square structure with 8 boxes arranged in a circle inside it. Its difficult to see which trainer is which. Zorai are weird

The Fyrosians are a bit all over the place ( Obviously need help from the Matis on how to organise their country ). there are trainers facing the merchants at Cheapside markets, just around the corner from the Kami Beacon. In Thesos they are inside the big tower on the top of the hill, and in Dyron they are inside the building in the lake.
