Light of Trykoth: RP-centric Tryker Guild (updated Oct 5)

Greetings Homins!

I am here to formally announce the (re)founding of Light of Trykoth. This guild is focused mainly on promoting the story however you like. I can't well explain it in short, but you may view http://sor.warcry.com/index.php/cont...uild.php?id=10

A few highlights:

* In terms of PvP, we are non-aggressive, but will gladly defend out guild, and our race.
* In terms of levels, we range from the powerplayer, to the casual gamer.
* We do not want the infection of the Karavan to taint the way of the Tryker life, we seek the Kami as we did back in Trykoth.
* We are friendly but cautious to the Fyros and Zorai.
* We will use diplomacy first to accomplish our goals, our weapons when necessary.

It is so good to see you here. I look forward to our meetings. We at Pegasus Foundation have always hoped for unification of the races and we see the Trykers as the key to that. We hope we can continue our peaceful relations. I am concerned though, Elthanar on friday (the event) spread words of distrust and conquest amongst the Matis people. Not all of us agree with that position. There are those of us who see the real threat to homins is division even above the threat of the kipee. We are all Homin and we must all work together. The way of conquest and racial hatred should have died with our ancestors at the hands of the kitin.

It would seem I forgot to leave much contact information. This came to my attention as I was talking with a possible member and the comment was: "Oh that's you guys!" ha! Okay, so if you are interested, please feel free to contact Kaena in game. That is me.

The new info is as follows:

YES we are a roleplay style guild. While in REGION, GUILD, or TEAM we tend to speak OOC and we are relaxed. The main idea with a roleplay sense is so that when we make tough decisions we look at the lore and the history of Atys to help us make those decisions.

NO we are not aiming to be the top guild. We are aiming to be a smaller guild, but a guild that can work well within itself if need be. We are also going to try to remain small enough so that everybody knows everybody else, and so that there is more of a "family" feel. This is what we are looking for, family members - not guild members. ^_^

NO we are not going to be hardcore and level up as fast as we can. Slow and steady wins the race, plus it gives more opportunity for light guild discussion and possible hunt parties... or just ... parties. ^_~

This means a great deal to me, and I greatly appreciate it. At this time, I feel that this guild should isolate itself from others until it can function. I set up an EZboard for the time being. Sometime I can link you to it, so we can begin some form of diplomacy in the next several days.

I recall briefly in a dream, speaking with you about a treaty of non-aggression. Is this a possibility? Considering how the Matis warriors are speaking of us, I am not sure you can be trusted immediately. In time, I am certain, we can overcome our differences and defent our home side by side.

I have searched for you at times, but I cannot find you. There are only four of us "officially" in the guild at present, but more are considering and on the way. I will continue to attempt contact, and you can do the same. Kaena is what they call me.

Good to know your name. My High Officer and I attempted the run through the roots to reach Tryker lands. Laikt is currently in Tryker lands trying to find his way past all the aggro mobs to get to the cities. If so we hope we can establish good relations with the Trykers who choose to follow the Kami.

There are few of us. Most people I run into that are guilded prefer to stick with the Karavan. They call the Kami aliens! The atrocity of it burdons my soul. If anything, we are the aliens - and most certainly the Karavan were not brought here by any natural fashions either.
