Just wanted to pop by and say hey to my new homin community. I've tested this game two weeks ago and really enjoyed myself but I wasn't too sure about it since I found the leveling and dodging of mobs a bit tricky at first. So I decided to try other things... And now I'm back lol. Just couldn't find any game tthat allowed the flexibility I yearned with luscious graphics compatible with my video card.. >< I'm a FFXI refugee, love the game to bits but I can't afford to spend like 5 hours to complete missions or get 2 levels. I'm not so much of a casual gamer as I'm sporadic, I'm a mom so sometimes I just have to log out, NOW, and come back later.
I'll be playing a Matis, I hate to be so predictable but it's the race I like best, can't be helped ^.~ Not sure of the name yet probably Cynthe if it isn't already taken. So here's to hoping I found a new home, you all seem so friendly! |

Welcome to Atys Luzyu! *huggles*
We seem to have a growing population of mothers playing Ryzom, which is a great thing imo :P You are most welcome and I hope you enjoy your stay on Atys ![]() |

Re: hullo!
Thank you for the warm welcome, I'm currently still patching my game, ahhh, I can't wait to log in and play. I had to download the game twice ><, so a day later and I'm still itching to get on. But I'm sure it'll be worth my patience lol
That's good there are moms coming to this game, it's difficult for us gaming girls/guys with little ones to find communities who understand. I also love the story of this game, I'm itching to find out who's good or bad, or neither. I think those Karavans are spooky looking, but hey maybe they'll turn out allright... Jena's in a space suit (right..?), that can go in so many directions. Those Kamis are too cute, but are they cute evil?? Eh he come on patch!! Edit: Okay got the game going, yay! So I've decided to play a Fyros named Cynthe and I don't know if I'll pick a side yet, but foraging is a lotta fun! Last edited by luzyu : March 11th, 2006 at 01:39 AM. |

Re: hullo!
Yay! Welcome Atys Luzyu / Cynthe!
A fyros is much better then a pale matis! Still a bit to dry for my taste, but still a good choice! Make sure to take some swimming lessons in Fairhaven! |

Once there look around and ask the folks you see questions you need answered. Pyr is big and sprawling and will take some getting used to. |
