Dev request: New titles based on faction

Agreed. I arrived on Atys shortly after those titles were made available and, as far as I know, there hasn't been another opportunity to get them. Here's a Dev suggestion: Make a title available that you get automatically based on your faction alignment.

I'm posting this in a new thread cause it's so OOC and kind of a separate issue. I'm requesting that the dev's create 3 new titles. Each homin gets 1 and only 1 of these depending on their current faction. If a homin changes from Karavan follower to neutral, he loses the one title and gains the other.

Karavan Follower
Kami Follower
Hominist or Neutral or ?

I purposely made them different than the Champion titles so those that earned those titles would still have them and their meaning wouldn't be diluted.

If there are other suggestions for what the faction title should be, feel free. This is just my off-the-top-of-my-head suggestion.

Since they are titles, you can CHOOSE to wear them or continue wearing your existing title. It becomes an option and not something your forced to do. And, it would allow you to proclaim your religion with or without activating your PvP tags.

not everyone who was there got it, just those who were at the right place at the right time, i was at that event and didn't know where they got those titles at the end

and knew to visit the Kami at the end to gain it , was there all through that event but it was running very late and I left as soon as we were told the event was over.

If they ever do one of those again they should make sure everyone who takes part (for a reasonable amount of time) gets the Title not only those that are there at the very end especialy with the very wide/divided time zones we have now

Back more On-Topic the Cult Titles should be awarded on completion of the Cult Citizenship Rites and removed if you become Neutral once more , theres already Homin for Neutrals but maybe the addition of a Trytonist title option for Neutral Cult would be good too

EDIT - Going back further off-topic lol be nice if Trytonists also had their own PvP flag so they realy could oppose the two higher powers , dont think we'll get that tho

Yeah, I made this suggestion ages ago on that improvments thread. I'd really like to see this. Also It really should be titles and not another ugly flag. = )

Title based on your current fame would be kind of nice. I am sure we could come up with 5 varying degrees on either side of the fence.

excellent idea..mabey elimenate the tolerent title and start the title progression at 30 fame to correspond with faction alignment though ..but great idea

I'd like to see title's for +/- 100 fames with race and faction. titles were mentioned in the notes when the new fame was coming in but they seem well hidden
