Can't get to player account info
It keeps telling me that my usename is invalid, yet I log into the game with the account and these boards and it works.
I am looking to cancel before my 7 days is up, and can't get to the player account info. |

As far as I know, the password you use in game and in forums is not the same you use to access your "profile" data. I think you should have received it by email when you created the account.

Yes the account password is different due to security reasons.
Check your e-mail or use the forgot password link on the login area. Failing that theres an excelent CSR team who can probably help you out  |
