What happened...

well, i can't find out what anissa means with all the a,b,c,d things .. don't think u can eighter :P
so heres the thing what happened:

me and kye shared their account for a long time, keiko became in our lives, and kye became close friends with keiko, and i could login with 2 accounts so she asked me if i could lvl her forage.. well np for me.. so me and kye shared our accounts with her too
after some time we wanted to take bk the void OP's
and we wern't sure what we should do with the OPs if we won, so we wanted to declare with an alt. because my alt were all in use i couldn't take it on, and kye couldn't do it too because some kind of reason... but so we declared with an alt of keiko named jesse
we called the guildname "no fake atack" and the day after, the devs called it "jesses guild"
Keiko wanted to keep jesse unknown.. and got angry on us, and wanted to fix things, but because of RL problems she wasn't allowed to play ryzom. and asked padawan to fix things, and gave her login details to him, kye had that day before loads of probs with quiksilver and quited the guild, and made hisself leader of "No fake atack" so padawan couldn't take acces to the OP's
and couldn't undeclare the OP's and keiko had kyes login details too, and gave to padawan aswell, just to make jesse guildleader again. and kick kye out the guild. keiko thought because the name change that there were 2 guild declaring,"she didn't know the guildname was called "no fake atack" and because padawan couldn't find any on keiko's and kye's account she gave my login details, but ofcource he couldn't find something on my account. padawan promished to don't do anything else then unguild kye and jesse. but he took all the rare items of our account, and unguilded our alt. so the OP became unguilded and everything what was in the GH's too.

The morning i woke up, i saw that all the items were gone, and because i had some little probs with kye that evening before i thought that he did this to me, and i looked on his account but his items were gone to, exept his lixsie armor and a several rare items aswell... so i wanted to check keiko's account but she changed her PW, so i logged bk on kyes account and took his lixsie out, with the thing behind that i would give it bk when he gave me my stuff bk. i thought that kye just put all the items in keiko's account and asked keiko to change the PW... kye wasn't on msn so i couldn't ask him. after that i reported it to the GM's..
after some time kye logged on msn, and asked with happened, so i told him that he knew. He didn't knew about anything.. so i told him and then we found out with a chatlog between keiko and padawan that she was all behind this because she was upset.

I dont think its very funny tbh ... I hope they don't un-ban Pad if this is all true because what he did wether he was givin the PW or not was completly wrong and dirty ... But this is only one side of the story ..but unless the Items were not really removed it doesnt make a difference ... this is all sickining and im tired of hearing about it ...

(Sorry if that seems harsh but thats how I feel about it)

I think there is still something more to this, people not listed in this explanation got banned and no one seems to know why. I trust the CSR know what happened and the Homins involved got the appropriate punishment.

It's like you never went away.

The story is very entertaining, if one-sided, view of about 5% of the entire tiresome affair. Unfortunately we do not have the luxury of being able to tell all in public. Mind you that's probably just as well for some of those involved as it would show them in a very different light.

I'm getting kind of tired of seeing someone's name all over the place (including IN game), when that someone was supposed to be banned. This is all getting very old and frankly I don't care "what happened". Nevrax knows what happened, and they dealt with it as they saw fit - that SHOULD have been the end of the story.

Well, that could be explained by:

a) the banned player justified and explained some of his actions.
b) the ban was reviewed, and removed after a given period.
c) a player was "wrongfully accused"
d) a player was allowed in game as an exception to allow him to e.g. transfer guild leadership
e) the ban system, a subsystem in a complex mmrpg development <g> can have bugs and allow a banned player to log in
f) that whom we supposed to be banned, simply wasn't
