Upgrading A Trial Account

Hey i am currently on a free account but i have a CD key for the game, i am wondering how to use this cd key on my account and allow it to have 1 month free play online with a regular account.

CD Keys are not currently compatable with the unlimited free trial.

To use your key just click on "Regular Account" on the account creation screen.

Hi, I want upgrade my accunt (now I play into trial version).

I go in regualr account and insert my username (not character name), insert my email and click continue.

The system say "This login is already used, please choose another one." I must create a new account? Can I use my old character?

It sounds as though you are trying to register your account again, not upgrade it. Go to www.ryzom.com then click on the "Log in" link on the right side of the page, next to the "Register" link. Enter your account name "astrakan" then the same password as you use to enter the game or the forum. Once you are logged in then you will see another link there for "My Account". Click that and then you will have to enter your account name "astrakan" again, followed by the secure password that Ryzom sent to your email address when you first registered. Then you should be able to upgrade by entering payment details.
