HP crystals [SUGGESTION]
As instant healers, perhaps let high level healers create HP crystals (like sap crystals), that when used, restore a bit of your HP, like the sap crystals restore sap in your items.
A 250 could then make 250 HP crystals for 250 dappers. Sounds like a fair deal to me  |

Just set your teams right so that support healers know exactly what they should do...
Consumables are nice but teamwork is better.. No need for inventing bycicles here imho...
