account issue - CSR please help

I am posting this on behalf of Arfindel (Faa) who has problems with accessing the forums.

"Since Monday evening (29.01) the Ryzom forums don't recognise my password. I have reset it and asked for it to be sent on my email address.
No email has reached me (and i checked trash mail too

I tried several passwords, including the one assigned to my account last week, including my old one, including the ingame one. None worked.
I have deleted all cookies from the browser in the hope this will help, still nothing.
I tried a different browser.

I have asked at the support link in forums, got no answer.
Asked on klients, apparently nobody had a solution.
Asked for help on email, I was answered it's being forwarded to GF.
Asked again, been told that GF had some problems with that.

It's Friday (02.02) and I still don't know what's hapening with my password, cannot access, the forums, my acount, and don't even know if it's secure now that I cannot access it:/

Please help.

I have got the same prob last week... although it got fixed by itself... Dunno how you could fix it

Same problem cant access any of my accounts with original passwords or ones regenerated though the lost password system.

No response from billiing-ee email and no help in Klients.

Now I think about it, I changed my email in my profile section, after that it worked again... Dunno if that was the reason it got fixed, but maybe worth a try?

ryzom.com/forum/index.php (try this out, it helped me when I had a similar problem)

Faa cant access forum so editting profile is out, and same for one account of mine which is un-subbed.

Need to be able to access account edit from the link on game client start up which is where it keeps saying invalid account and asks you for "Desired pasword" when you already have one.

You can follow lost password link and it will email you another but it still wont let you get at your account just game and forum etc.

been told passwords are same for account and game now but it aint workin.

I accesed it through the mainpage I think (http://www.ryzom.com/log-in-1)

The pass there still worked for me

Thats where you get taken from the client aswell and is the bit for me where i can get no further.

edit: either with original passwords or one generated though the lost password link.
