Someone asked me about box key
Okay that's the question. I remember some bought the original box and used the key. The key was honored also by GF. Because i got many people asking, i just want to be sure to give the correct answer:
Because some shop is still selling Original Ryzom boxes, are the key inside still valid to open a full account? They are aware that the installation CD is outdated and will need a new client. What i can answer to these peoples? |

At the moment, box keys will upgrade free trial accounts to full accounts, but do not entitle you to VIP entry.
In addition, you cannot create an account directly from a box code, but at the moment that's not an issue because account creation is disabled.

Ty for the answer. I know they would have not been allowed the VIP entrance, but seems some box is still out the net and people are wondering.
I'll do your answer to them, so they know they could use the key once the game will be reopened full. |
