Game time gift system, pay another player extra game time

A way to pay game time for another player would be nice to have.
- You can give someone the game together with game time as a present.
- Allows helping nice people who have trouble paying for the game.
- Guilds with spare cash could give their trial members some extra time.
- Players can hold contests for free game time.
Etc.

This could be accomplished by having an interface for buying game time codes and/or directly paying for a chosen account that isn't yours.
