Patch 1.9.0 - New occupations and boss!

Warning! Wednesday, servers will be down from 08:00 GMT to 10:00 GMT for the deployment of the new patch 1.9.0.

As you may already know, this patch is composed of two big additions to the game:


Eight new occupations:

• Butcher (Prepare meat for consumption)
• Magnetic cartographer (Create magical maps)
• Florist (Make bouquets of medicinal flowers)
• Larvester (Make fortifying Kitin larvae)
• Toolmaker (Create special tools)
• Scrollmaker (Create parchment and ink)
• Water carrier (Prepare bottles of revitalizing water)
• Medic (Manufacture healing kits)

Thanks to these new occupations, players can perform many new unpublished missions to get various regeneration items. These items will allow you to recover your HP, sap, stamina, concentration, etc. much faster, making it easier to hunt alone or in small groups in dangerous territories.


A new marauder boss "Dante the Teaser"

A new challenge for groups of players: Dante the Teaser appears on Atys and it'll be difficult to make him reveal all his secrets! You will have to confront a warrior who, even if he doesn't seem very brave, could well prove deadly with all his special strategies... Moreover, a rumor has already spread telling of a funny game in which Dante invites all of the New Lands homins to Fairhaven, soon... All Shards are down to apply serveral fixes for the issues you have brought to our attention in the last 24 hours. We hope that this quick patch will increase your game experience.

Moreover, we would like to apologize for the riskiness development, but by using this method we could identify many bugs really quick.

Is there story or occupational guides to lead players in the right direction? Maybe the Civs should release news announcements about who, what, where, or mass confusion may arise.. Or is this a sneak occupation attack?

Press Ctrl + W, click occupations. Map should tell you with a lil' green flag where in the city the NPC is meant to be.

I've already started gathering some butchering components, without bothering with the ones in the Kitin Lair (because that place is far too dangerous for me to go alone...) And the missions around Pyr are easy and very repetitive...
