Prime Roots

I'd like to get some useful information together regarding the Prime Roots, and how to get to Zorai.

Tryker -> The Lands of Umbra -> Zorai seems to be the "traditional" route, presumably the attraction being that the distance travelled though the root is short. Am I correct in assuming that Kincher activity here has been somewhat bolstered by recent patches?

Fyros -> The Lands of Umbra -> Zorai doesn't look viable as it requires by far the longest root journey. Has anyone tried it?

Fyros -> The Underspring -> Zorai seems to have potential. Is it a much used route, given that its in the corner of Fyros? It certainly looks like as short a journey through the roots as any, bar Tryker->Lands of Umbra.

Matis -> The Abyss of Ichor -> Nexus -> The Wastelands -> Zorai just looks like its for the masochistic.

Would those who have traversed any of these routes post their experiences here, for the benefit of those who have yet to make the Zorai journey. I'm hoping that Fyro->Underspring->Zorai might be an under used, thus possibly underKinchered route.

Re: Prime Roots

Fyros -> The Underspring -> Zorai

Reflections from last try:
Ben trying that one like 3 evenings together. Not last 5 days though.
Getting to the middle underspring is relatively easy, but last part is hell!

Many patrols, 3 in a row blocking exit part.
Exit is guarded by many great kinchers that LIVE in the 2 exit tunnels.
You need a bait team and speed invul combos etc. to get pass I guess. Never made it myself. But gues its possible with a team entering the "back way" killing kinchers to free the exit for the travellers from fyros.

It needs to be very timed also, cause if the travelling team waits to long at the exit for "freeing team" to kill kinchers, patrolls will come back to get u.

A VERY ROUGH drawing (might have gotten outdated):

Re: Prime Roots

If your just looking to travel avoid the roots all together, there are far too many patrols and aggro to get through most of them. Use the direct land to land teleports or Fyros<->Matis<->Tryker<->Land of Umbra(Short and Easier than the others)<->Zorai.

The Fyros->Underspring->Zorai has a choke point halfway down clogged with 5 or 6 Patrols and covered with aggro. It was difficult before they added patrols, It's incredibly difficult now.

The Lands of Umbra are covered with 70m aggro boss mobs between all of the zone areas making it not very plausible to travel directly.

Matis->Nexus->Wasteland->Zorai....Dont bother, I got as far as wasteland and cant get down to the zorai portal. Big aggro blockades at choke points.

Tryker -> The Lands of Umbra -> Zorai

I would go for that route, forget underspring .. it was possible before the kittin patrols, now its almost impossible to get trough solo (you may succeed in a good organised team dough)
