Pre-ordered from EB - ERROR

I'm supposed to enter some sort of preorder code?!! I entered the code I received with the game, but that didn't work.

Am I doomed not to have the buggy arm piece? Anyone else having this problem?

I noticed that the preorder code is case sensitive while the game serial number isn't.
I hope its as simple as that ...

My EBgames.com preorder code is not working either. I posted a thread at http://ryzom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=569 with the same issue
