RAWR! Shards down again!
Ok I have looked at several threads where the "customers" are told the problem has been fixed. Guess what its NOT fixed. Is this another patch fixing the mistakes of the original patch? If so, YEAH! Is it this free trial creating problems with server overload? If so, it seems to me you should work on making the customers you already have happy before trying to aquire new ones!
