Creating forum with phpBB

Hi, im trying to create a forum with phpBB, for my guild. Ive got a website, with a host that support Access, and ive planted the forum on the website. Works fine, and i can get into the installation. Only, cause i do not have ny clue about databases , i didnt realize there should be a database on the server first, which means, i should make my own, blank access database, which the forum can use. Only, how do i do that? How do i make a blank access database, and upload this on my website?

I hope any1 knows this . Maybe not the right place to post this, but ive seen many guilds who have this phpBB forum.

when you run access it asks you if you wish to create a new db or use a current one select new and entter a name Forum and thats about it really close it down and you will then have a db called Forum.mdb upload that file to your website, (just remeber where u saved teh file :P )
