Clopperketh is beaten :D

This night we had a player event on the german server where we tried to kill Clopperketh on the Clopper Hill to the west of pyr, well it took two tries but we succeded, and i just wanna share the screenshots =)

open client.cfg in notepad

insert
CameraDistMax = 100000.0000000000;

save the file

start ryzom

I'm at work and could be wrong on that string, grab it out of client_default.cfg and change the number value to be on the safe side.

on a sidenote, it is now 4 days after his defeat and the hill and the northern regions are still devoid of any cloppers

Well if that is the way to clear some cloppers, I say all servers should do it!!

We killed him with our first major trip around the world ... 6 or 7 weeks ago.

As tired as we were at the end of that trip, we may have missed it, but there seemed to be no impact on the Clopper population at that time. It would be interesting to know how gameplay has shifted.

i think when you beat him that was pre-patch 1, this time around it'll literally take a small army, we were only able to beat him the second time around because we could use the water to our advantage
